Local Delivery

All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Hal&Al Meats shipping policies. Please refer to our shipping page for more information on our shipping rates and procedures.

Please check all shipping addresses carefully. As we are shipping perishable goods, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service has to reroute the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

OUR SWIFT AND RELIABLE DELIVERY INITIATIVE. 2-3 DAY DELIVERY TO NYC & LONG ISLAND CUSTOMERS. ORDERS TAKE 1-2 DAYS TO PROCESS. DELIVERIES START AT 9:00AM AND FINISH BY 9PM. 

Nationwide Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, by our trusted third-party partners at UPS, your order is in their control. When your order is placed and accepted, you will receive shipment information including a tracking number.

When your order is in the possession of carrier, understand that Company is not liable for delays, damage, or missed deliveries. If you encounter an issue with your shipment or any delay, please address them through the UPS system using the provided tracking number. Once an accepted order has been packed, and UPS has taken possession UPS has taken responsibility for delivery. If delivery is delayed UPS will notify you via your assigned tracking number.

If your delivery was delayed, Company expressly requires that you agree and aver that you assume all assumption of risk to inspect the packaging contents prior to consumption.

If issues arise as a result of delayed shipment, or mis delivery. Please notify UPS of the issue. After contacting UPS, OR, if you believe an error was made in your order, please contact us at customerservice@halandalmeats.com. At our discretion, we will take steps to ensure your satisfaction, including shipping a replacement order. It may be necessary for you to report shipping issues to UPS for us to be reimbursed for a replacement delivery.

While Company will take whatever remedial measures to ensure customer satisfaction, understand that our partners are responsible for timely delivery, if in doubt please contact us. Although we will help to rectify the situation, we assume no liability for customers failure to inspect the delivery and ensure timely receipt.
