We are regularly inspected by USDA and fully certified for all products by Halal Monitoring Services (HMS), and all our products carry full certification by the Halal Food Standards Alliance of America (HFSAA) as well. Our certifiers require, and receive, full access to our records to ensure every single product that passes through our facility and into our customer’s kitchens and display cases are guaranteed to be ethically and humanely hand-slaughtered. To add, if any of our customers want to come and see our facility in person, our doors are always open to walk you through how Hal & Al operates.
