Refund policy

General Policy

We reserve the right to retain up to 25% of the funds from an order that has already been processed if the customer opts to cancel. This policy is in place to cover the processing charges, fees imposed by our payment processor, and the costs associated with product handling and preparation.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order, the following refund policy applies:

  • Within 24 hours of processing: a 10% retention of the funds.
  • Within 48 hours of processing: a 25% retention of the funds..

These retention rates are necessary to cover processing charges, fees from our payment processor, and the costs associated with product handling and preparation.

We are not responsible for any damages or late deliveries caused by UPS. If you encounter such issues, please file a claim directly with UPS using your tracking link.

OUR SWIFT AND RELIABLE DELIVERY INITIATIVE. 2-3 DAY DELIVERY TO NYC & LONG ISLAND CUSTOMERS. ORDERS TAKE 1-2 DAYS TO PROCESS. ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED MONDAY AND THURSDAY TO LONG ISLAND AND QUEENS, TUESDAY AND FRIDAY TO NEWYORK CITY, LONG ISLAND CITY, BROOKLYN AND BRONX. DELIVERIES START AT 9:00AM AND FINISH BY 9PM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESSES.


Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and report any issues with your order. We will resolve your issues with a replacement for the product, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund on your items depending on the issue.

Because the products we ship are perishable, we ask our customers to please review their orders and corresponding receipts when ordering. If any changes need to be made, please reach out to us at customerservice@halandalmeats.com.

Our Local Delivery refund & exchange exceptions:

Hal&Al Meats reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns without a receipt are subject to a refund verification process. Refunds issued for lost items are subject to recharge if Hal&Al Meats or the seller can verify delivery or frequent abuse. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. The Manager retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return. Under no circumstance may a Manager accept return of an ineligible item. Store managers may always, at their discretion, refuse return of an item they deem to present a potential health or safety risk to any individual.

Hal&Al Meats also reserves the right to close Halandalmeats.com accounts, or to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.

Below are exceptions to the general fifteen (15) day rule. All the exceptions listed below require the merchandise be returned with a receipt and proof. 

Must be returned within 7 days with proof of damages/off condition/wrong item delivered.

  • retail, meat, chicken may be returned in undamaged condition to warehouse.

 

Our Nationwide Shipping refund & exchange exceptions:

In cases of damaged, off conditions or wrong items, please provide pictures of the damaged, off condition, or wrong item to our email at customerservice@halandalmeats.com. Out of state delivery cut off is Wednesday at 8am.

Must be notified within 7 days of delivery date with proof of damages/off condition/wrong item delivered.
