What are your Hours of Operation?
Our Customer Service Representatives are available through call, email and text from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. After hours and weekend communication is via email only at customerservice@halandalmeats.com
Our Sales Team contact hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Our Local Home Delivery routes start from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
How do I get help placing my order?

What are your days for delivery for Local Delivery Services?
We offer 2-day delivery to all of our NYC & Long Island customers. Orders take 1-2 days to process. All orders for Long Island and Queens will be delivered on Monday & Thursday. All orders for Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island City and New York City will be delivered on Tuesday & Friday. All deliveries start at 8 AM and finish by 9 PM. Orders submitted on weekends will be delivered in the following week.
When is your cut off for out of state delivery?
Our out of state orders go out every Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday at 11 AM to ensure you get your order by the weekend safely.
How can I view my order online?
View your order online at Order Status Lookup in our green chat bubble and enter your order number. Please allow up to 30 minutes for your order to be viewable online.
Where can I find cooking and nutritional information on your products?
Locate the individual item by entering the description or item number in the search box at the top of the page. Select the product you are inquiring about to access the product detail screen. Select a size and quantity. Scroll down to view Product Information & Preparation Instructions. Click on the Preparation or Nutritional and Ingredient Information link.
