1/2 box spaghetti pasta (8 oz)
1 1/2 pound shrimp (peeled & cleaned)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 medium-sized onion
5 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1/2 cup parsley
Start by seasoning shrimp with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
In a preheated pan, pour olive oil, add sliced onions and pinch of salt, and cook through.
In a separate pot, boil spaghetti for about 8-9 (or until fully cooked). While the pasta boils, deep fry the seasoned shrimp.
Stir the pan of onions. Add blended garlic, butter, vegetable stock, lemon juice, and a pinch of lemon zest.
Add boiled spaghetti and fried shrimp to the mixture. Stir well.
Top it off with some parsley and enjoy!
